Machakos Deputy Governor's Impeachment

The case will be ruled on 21st July 2014, and was before a high court Judge Beatrice Jaden.
However, a 11 member committee was set by the County assembly to discuss on impeachment of Kiala, seating's have been suspended until ruling.

Machakos University College Strike

 The students who stormed on motorists along the busy Machakos-Konza road damaging several vehicles and also causing an accident where a pedestrian was knocked down by a vehicle evading the students wrath.

Machakos university college closed indefinitely,The school principal Francis Mathooko says students rioted after power generator failed.Students were given 30 minutes to clear amidist resistance that gave police hard time to control.
