Senior counsel James Orengo consults with Ms.Opiyo a member of the bench at the Machakos high court during hearing of a case for Machakos deputy governor Benard kiala defending his impeachment.
The case will be ruled on 21st July 2014, and was before a high court Judge Beatrice Jaden.
However, a 11 member committee was set by the County assembly to discuss on impeachment of Kiala, seating's have been suspended until ruling.
